As a brand ambassador, you’ll work on behalf of an employer to promote their career opportunities to students.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Applying to become a brand ambassador is really simple, and it should only take you five minutes to make your profile. Find out more about How To Apply here. Once you’ve secured your role, here’s what happens next:
Training: you will receive training from both your employer and the On-Campus Promotions team. This training will either take place online, or in-person at the employer’s office.
Digital promotion: through your social media network, you’ll promote your employer’s career opportunities to your university network, as well as any events and competitions they are running.
Campus events: you might be involved in organising on-campus events, like informational stalls or careers workshops on behalf of the employer.
Get paid: submit online timesheets of your activities in order to get paid each month. It’s that simple!
WHICH ROLE SHOULD I APPLY FOR?
We offer a variety of brand ambassador roles at universities around the UK (and Ireland).
The available brand ambassador roles will vary depending on your university. However, we do constantly add new roles throughout the year.
Even if you can’t see a job for yourself today, you should still apply now in order to be the first to know about the latest opportunities at your university.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
To become a brand ambassador, the only requirements are that you’re:
An undergraduate student
Currently studying at your university (not on placement or year abroad)
While it’s definitely nice to have, you don’t need any previous work experience.
Here are some other key traits we look out for:
Social-media savvy
Do you love using Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn? Our best brand ambassadors are comfortable with sharing posts, stories, and driving engagement towards their employer through their social media channels.
Involved on campus
Are you an active member of any clubs or teams? Do you know your Chess Society from your Cheese Society? The bigger your network on campus, the better - make sure to let us know about it in your application.
Responsibility
Can you confidently represent your employer when you’re chatting on campus? Brands place a lot of trust in their ambassadors, and it’s important that you’re happy to passionately promote your employer once you’ve completed your training.
Communication
Do you always catch important emails, or do you prefer to avoid your inbox? As this is a remotely-managed job, it’s essential that you’re well-organised and can maintain good communication throughout the duration of your campaign.
